Roles Available
- Technical Services Officer (full-time)
- Technical Compliance Officers (part-time and casual)
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve technical non-compliance issues in PV and battery installations.
- Work directly with accredited installers to guide corrective actions and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.
- Provide practical, supportive advice to help installers meet scheme requirements and adapt to changes in Standards or legislation.
- Assist with technical queries and complaints in a constructive, solutions-focused way.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed electrician with SAA accreditation in GCPV and GCBS, and at least 5 years’ experience in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards for PV and battery design and installation.
- Understanding of the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) and compliance requirements.
- Experience with compliance processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with installers and stakeholders.
- Strong digital skills for accurate record-keeping and data security.
